| Pankaj Kamdar |
 The Chairman of Prasam Group of Companies, Pankaj Kamdar has more than 35 years experience in the textile and garment industry as well as successful business entrepreneurship.
A Bachelor of Science graduate from Bombay University, Pankaj began his career as a Management Trainee at Kalico Dyeing in 1973. After seven years, he began building his own garment manufacturing business.
Today, he leads the Prasam Group of Companies, which comprises of Prasam Exports (woven garment manufacturing), Daily Textiles (knit garment manufacturing) and Ptex Solutions (fashion technology solutions provider). In addition to domestic retailers, Prasam Exports and Daily Textiles supply apparel to leading companies in countries such as Sweden, Finland, Denmark, USA, UK and Canada. Ptex Solutions marks a diversification in the business, by focusing on providing fashion technology solutions to top Indian apparel retail giants.

| Mark Harrop |
 Often referred as PLM Guru, Mark Harrop is highly respected in the global fashion technology industry. He has over 30 years of experience in the retail, apparel and footwear industries across varying technology platforms such as CAD/CAM, PDM and PLM. In fact, his contribution has helped evolve PDM software to its current stage of PLM.
Since being part of the team that introduced the first PDM system (Specs), Mark has worked in leading PLM companies including Microdynamics, Gerber Technology, Freeborders and PTC. During this time, Mark provided technology solutions to fashion companies across Europe, Asia, North America, Africa and Australia.
He now leads a consulting firm, PDP Limited, that specialises in helping fashion companies identify the right technology solution for their needs.
Mark brings to Ptex Solutions his deep PLM and overall fashion technology expertise as well as strong industry knowledge. |

| Peter Bambridge |
 Peter has worked in the retail and consumer goods industry for over 25 years. He built on his retail experience at Marks and Spencer with roles at a variety of solution providers ranging from Comshare, Oracle, i2 and Intactix through to Deloitte Consulting before joining Freeborders.
While running the EMEA operations for Freeborders, he managed direct sales as well as a selection of industry leading partners across the region. Through 2006 and 2007,Peter worked closely with Ptex Solutions to assist the growth of the PLM market within the Indian region, and helped to ensure that the Ptex Solutions team were fully versed in the capabilities and opportunities represented by the apparel footwear and accessories PLM market.
Peter’s experience in retail technology will allow Ptex to expand the product portfolio. |
